星期六，2008年7月26日，阴，晚上10点25分

For the past 2 days i was really exhausted with my new house. Instead of gaining $$$ (in advance), i have spent more cash that exceeded the budgets, which not sure when if can gain back from rental. (Do not forget property tax and maintance).

I did not get any interior design cos i find it will more costly and most fixtures position are fixed. From the collection of keys on behalf of owner till utillities installation was done by me. I just choose furnitures and electronics. Even curtains & lightnings are my hardwork (though it's not fixed by me). I still need to lodge in all the defects that discovered within one year from warranty by developer. 我不知是花了很多心思和时间，而简直是累死我了。This is not the end yet, still got tons of work to do. Today, I went to buy some kitchen utensils and bed sheet,etc. Tomorrow is sunday, my off day. But got to start work again on Monday :-(

Now i want to tell my bosses (the owner) that i deserve to stay for sometimes before they lease out. Even looking for tenant also my job, sigh. Anyway it is not complete cos my furnitures are not ready, it is custom made, so even want to view earliest will be mid September.

When everything is really complete, I still need to find an auspicious day for my bosses to move into their house.

I think i provide better sevices than interior designer with strict budget and the most important thing is i am FOC and must be indispensable 24/7. In exchange condition, I have spoken to my lady boss i will rent 1 day for my poly galfriends to come for house warming. I have booked the BBQ pit and KTV room so early (kiasu), in case my guest disappointed.
